The AECC will do its bi-annual walkthrough of the neighborhood in early May. They will be verifying that any outstanding violations have been corrected and will re-inspect the entire neighborhood.
PRIOR to making any change to the exterior of your home, submit a request for change form to the AECC through Vanguard Management. Forms available from Vanguard Management, Box 39, Germantown, MD 20875-0039 or 301-540-8600.
The street trees along Saddle River and Bergenfield will be mulched in the late Spring. The HOA contracts this service out once a year, however it is the homeowners responsibility to maintain these trees regularly.
