Potomac Crossing Homeowners Annual Inspections:

Potomac Crossing HOA conducts annual inspections for various reasons. We must uphold our community’s Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions regarding routine home maintenance. Doing so protects the investment of all homeowners. Regular inspections also help prevent potentially costly future maintenance repairs. Finally, we want to maintain a pleasant and inviting neighborhood for all the residents, guests, and visitors.

Our Management Company,Vanguard Management perfoms a maintenance inspection which cover items such as: paint, clean/wash, repair, remove, or store out of sight any item found in need of such maintenance. Items cited are limited to findings viewed from the street or common property. If you receive an inspection report with items that need to be repairs and/or maintenained, please do so immediately.  Once you have completed any required maintenance or repairs, please contact Community Manager Ms. Jane Coady 301-540-8600 x 3332  jcoady@vanguardmgt.com to confirm completion.

Please be advised that our Bylaws require AECC approval PRIOR to starting many repairs or maintenance. Please consult our Management Company with any questions. Please refer to the Architectural Change (AECC) Process for instructions for submitting an Architectual Change Application (AECC).

The Board of Directors will be revising the comprehensive annual inspection checklist previously posted on the website and as soon as that checklist is finalized, it will be posted below.
