  • Potomac Crossing HOA COMMUNITY YARD SALE AND PICNIC: Saturday Spetember 20, 2014 (Raidate Staturday, September 27, 2014). YARD SALE from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm followed by PICNIC from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm in the common area near Bergenfield Drive and the teaneck Terrace playground. Animal Defecation - (Montgomery County Code, Sec. 5-203(a)(2)
An owner must not allow an animal to damage or defecate on property outside of the owner's property. An animal may defecate on public property or the common area of property in which the owner shares an interest if the owner immediately removes and disposes of the feces by a sanitary method approved by the Director. Feces may be picked up in a plastic bag. If this bag is placed inside another plastic bag, it may be put out for disposal in your normal household trash.
Penalty for Violation - $100


Welcome to the Potomac Crossing Homeowner's Association website. The Potomac Crossing Community is located in North Potomac, Maryland. North Potomac is located in Montgomery County which is situated just north of Washington, D.C. There are two entrances to the Potomac Crossing Community, Saddle River Drive and Bergenfield Drive - both directly off of Dufief Mill Road, approximately 1.5 miles south of Darnestown Road (Maryland 28). The Potomac Crossing Community is composed of 208 single family homes and 76 townhomes.
